3/4cupbuttermilk
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonshoney
3cups(411 g) bread flour
1/2cup(35 g) instant potato flakes
1 1/2teaspoonskosher salt
2 1/2teaspoonsactive dry yeast
Instructions
Add the ingredients in the order they are listed to your bread machine pan fitted with the paddle attachment. Start with the wet ingredients and then add the dry ingredients. If you measure the olive oil in a measuring spoon first, the honey will slide right out cleanly after you measure it. Be extra careful to add the flour before you add the potato flakes because the potato flakes will instantly start to absorb the liquid and you don't want them mixing in until the machine is working the dough.
Select the 2-pound setting and the Basic/White program. Press START.
