4fresh peachesfirm but ripe
1tablespoonbutter
1-2tablespoonsbrown sugar
Instructions
Wash and cut the peaches in half. Remove the pits.
Broiling Instructions
Line a broiler-safe pan with aluminum foil and place the peaches cut side up on the pan.
Brush the tops of the peaches with butter and sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
Place the pan under the broiler for 3-4 minutes. Watch carefully, the peaches will burn quickly if you don't pay attention.
Grilling Instructions
Place the peaches cut side up on a prep tray. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
Preheat the grill to medium high. Grill the peaches sugar side up for 3 - 4 minutes or until they have slightly charred and the sugar has melted. You may wish to use a grill pan so the peaches don't fall through the grill grates.
