2 1/2poundsboneless beef chuck roast
1/2cupvidalia onion dressing
1teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Spray the bowl of the Crock Pot with cooking spray.
Place the beef roast in the bowl, sprinkle the pepper over the top, and pour the sweet onion dressing over the beef.
Cook on LOW for 7 - 8 hours or on HIGH for 5 - 6 hours.
The beef should be fork tender and easily shred when you poke it.
