1 1/2poundsred potatoescut into 1-inch chunks

2tablespoonsdry ranch seasoning
1/3cupgrated parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 450°F. If you want to cook the potatoes in an air fryer, preheat it to 400°F.
Chop the potatoes into 1-inch sized pieces and add them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and toss to coat. Add the dry ranch seasoning to the bowl and toss to coat. Finally, add the grated parmesan to the bowl and toss to coat. It is best to do this in stages so that everything is evenly seasoned and the cheese sticks properly to the potato chunks.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. If you have a basket style air fryer, you may have to work in batches so that the potatoes cook evenly in a single layer.
Bake the potatoes for 20 - 25 minutes. It helps to turn them with a spatula half way through cooking to prevent burning on the bottom.
