Homemade roasted rosemary cashews are the perfect festive holiday party snack to set out in pretty nut bowls to make your guests feel at home.

Ingredients
1 1/4poundscashews
1 1/2tablespoonsbutter
2tablespoonschopped fresh rosemary
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1/2teaspooncayenne pepper
2teaspoonskosher salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Spread the cashews in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes, shake the pan half way through the cooking time so they roast evenly.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into a large mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar, fresh rosemary, cayenne pepper, and salt and stir until the sugar is dissolved in the hot butter.
Pour the roasted cashews into the mixing bowl while they are still warm. Gently toss them in the seasoned butter until all the nuts are evenly coated.
Spread the coated cashews into an even layer on large sheets of parchment paper and let them cool completely.
Serve the seasoned cashews in pretty nut dishes or as part of a snack board. They may be kept in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1 week.
