Prep a pan of stir fry vegetables in your oven or air fryer as an easy vegetable side dish for a rice bowl or Asian-inspired pasta dish. This method allows you to make a large quantity of perfectly crisp-tender veggies for a family dinner.
Toss the chopped vegetables with the olive oil. Sprinkle them with the seasoning and toss again to coat.
Oven Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spread the vegetables into an even layer on a large baking sheet.
Roast the stir fry veggies for 15 minutes or until tender with charred edges.
Air Fryer Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Add the prepared vegetables to the air fryer basket and cook for 12 - 15 minutes, shaking the basket half way through cooking. The veggies are done when tender and charred on the edges.

Snow Peas: These are more delicate than sugar snap peas and should be reserved and then added to the pan half way through cooking.
