Easy homemade stuffing bread is seasoned with a variety of fresh herbs and lemon zest which adds so much flavor and texture to a homemade stuffing. You could also slice it into sandwich slices for delicious turkey sandwiches using your Thanksgiving leftovers!

Ingredients
1 1/2cups+ 1 tablespoon water
2tablespoonsolive oil
4cups(548 g) bread flour
1 1/2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1/4cupminced fresh herbsmix of sage, rosemary, thyme
2teaspoonslemon zest
2teaspoonskosher salt
2 1/2teaspoonsinstant active dry yeast
Instructions
Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan fitted with the paddle attachment in the order they are listed. Start by adding the water and olive oil and then add the dry ingredients right on top. Add the flour, brown sugar, minced herbs, lemon zest, kosher salt, and then dig a shallow well in the center to place the yeast.
Place the bread pan in your bread machine and close the lid.
Select the 2-pound bread size.
Select your desired darkness setting, I used Medium.
Select the BASIC/WHITE program and then press Start.
The baking cycle will take about 3 1/2 hours to complete. When the bread is finished baking, remove it from the bread pan and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
